On a 2018+ Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator, pull the fuse labeled Telematics in the junction box (driver or passenger side, depending on the build). Positions vary, so read the lid diagram first. FordPass or Lincoln Way shows the vehicle offline within a few minutes.

Pulling it
- Find the junction box fuse panel and read the diagram on the cover.
- Look for the fuse labeled Telematics, TCU, or Modem.
- Pull it. To undo it, push it back in.
Careful: the wrong fuse can take out the radio, airbag system, or body control module. Always match the label first.
