Refund Policy

Guides (PDF downloads)

Because guides are delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, or the guide doesn’t match your vehicle (e.g. you were sold the wrong model-year variant), email info@polksales.com within 7 days for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Bitcoin payments are refunded in Bitcoin, for the US dollar amount you paid, to an address you give us.

No in-person service

We sell guides only. We don’t perform removal or any other work on vehicles, so there are no appointments or deposits to refund.
