Guides (PDF downloads)

Because guides are delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, or the guide doesn’t match your vehicle (e.g. you were sold the wrong model-year variant), email removetrackingdevices@proton.me within 7 days for a full refund.

Local removal service

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of your $100 deposit. If we’re unable to disable your vehicle’s telematics using a reversible method during the appointment, you will not be charged for that attempt.

The $400 balance is only paid once the work is finished, on site, so there is nothing to refund if the job can’t be completed.
