RemoveTrackingDevices.com is operated by Polk Sales LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why.

The short version

We run a business about not being tracked, so we collect as little as possible ourselves. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to data brokers, insurers, or advertisers, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site. We count visits with a cookie-free tool that can’t identify you.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your email address, and whatever you include in the contact form or an email: your name, vehicle make/model/year, and your question.
• Order information. The email address you enter at checkout and the vehicle you note, so we can send your guide. If you arrived from one of our ads, the order also records which ad, so we know which ads are worth running.
• Free checklist. If you ask for our free checklist, we use your email address to send it and, occasionally, related vehicle-privacy tips. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email and we’ll stop. We never sell or share your address.
• Visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people view each page and where they came from. It uses no cookies, doesn’t follow you to other sites, and doesn’t identify individual visitors.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, for reliability and security.

What we don’t do

• No Google Analytics, advertising pixels (like the Facebook pixel), or cookies that track you.
• No selling or sharing your data with insurers, data brokers, or marketers.
• No accounts or passwords, so there’s nothing of yours to breach.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the order details Stripe reports to us, such as your email, the amount, and the last four digits and brand of your card. Bitcoin payments go through our own BTCPay Server and are recorded on a public blockchain that we don’t control.

Service providers

We use Stripe to process card payments, Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, Resend to deliver order and contact emails, and Vercel to host this site. They process only what’s needed to deliver your email or serve these pages.

Retention

We keep purchase records as long as needed for support, refunds, and tax or accounting requirements, and delete other personal information on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@polksales.com.
