Terms of Service

1. Who this is for

RemoveTrackingDevices.com (“we,” “us”) provides informational guides and, in select locations, in-person service for disabling or removing vehicle telematics and tracking hardware. Our guides and service are intended only for a vehicle that:

• you own outright, or
• was previously used by a fleet, rental company, or dealer that installed tracking hardware, and you have since purchased the vehicle and hold clear title,

and is not currently subject to any loan, lease, retail installment contract, or fleet agreement that requires location tracking or a remote starter-interrupt/disable device as a condition of that agreement.

2. Your representations

By purchasing a guide or booking service, you represent that Section 1 applies to your vehicle. We do not independently verify vehicle ownership or lien status. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that representation and for any consequences — including with a lender, lessor, fleet owner, insurer, or law enforcement — if it is false. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase or appointment at our discretion, including if we have reason to believe Section 1 does not apply.

3. What we don’t help with

We do not knowingly assist with removing or disabling a device installed under an active financing, leasing, or fleet agreement, or any device installed with law-enforcement or insurance-mandated consent. Requests we believe fall into this category will be declined.

4. No warranty; assumption of risk

Guides and service are provided “as is.” Disabling or removing telematics hardware may void manufacturer warranty coverage, disable manufacturer safety/convenience features (including automatic crash notification, stolen-vehicle location, and remote start), affect resale value or vehicle history reporting, and may not be fully reversible on all vehicles. You assume all risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a guide or the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Yavapai County, Arizona.
