Mustang FordPass modem fuse

If your Mustang has FordPass Connect, it's reporting its location and how you drive it back to Ford. On the S550 it's a single 5A fuse to turn off.
Short answer
On a 2015–2023 Mustang (S550), pull fuse #10, a 5A fuse labeled Telematics in the passenger compartment fuse panel. FordPass shows the car offline within a few minutes, and everything else keeps working.

Pulling it
- Open the passenger compartment fuse panel and read the diagram on the cover.
- Confirm fuse #10 is the 5A fuse labeled Telematics.
- Pull it. To undo it later, push it back in.
Careful: the wrong fuse can take out the radio or set warning codes. Always match the label first.
What you lose, and what keeps working
- Lost: FordPass or Lincoln Way remote start, lock, and locate, 911 Assist on connected trims, the Wi-Fi hotspot, vehicle health alerts, over-the-air updates, and driving-data uploads
- Still works: GPS navigation, SiriusXM, SYNC screens, Bluetooth, CarPlay and Android Auto, and all safety systems
Confirm it worked
Open FordPass or Lincoln Way. Within a few minutes the vehicle should show as offline. If it still responds, you pulled the wrong fuse, so put it back and recheck the diagram on the fuse panel lid.
